1. Register & Log In: Create an account at ConfComm and log in.
2. Prepare Manuscript: Use the official IEEE template & verify PDF compliance via PDF eXpress (free, conf ID 67547).
3. Submit: Select the right track, upload your PDF, add all authors, and confirm submission before the deadline.
